A CLEAR ROUTE INTO PRODUCTION
Start with the part that matters most.
A prototype can test the idea. An asset package can support your team. A full build can connect the experience end to end. We define the engagement around what your project needs.
- 01 / Definition
Frame the brief
Define the audience, business purpose, launch conditions and the result you want to evaluate.
- 02 / Prototype
Prove the interaction
Test the pivotal moment on the intended device. Review feasibility before expanding the build.
- 03 / Production
Produce the experience
Bring art, code and character performance together through agreed review milestones.
- 04 / Delivery
Get ready to launch
Check the experience in context, rehearse operation and agree ownership, handover and support.
BEFORE YOU COMMISSION
What buyers need to know.
What can we commission, and what will we receive?
Start with a focused prototype, a 3D or character asset package, or a complete interactive build. The proposal defines the deliverables, review stages, supported devices, integration responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Source files, usage rights and ongoing support are agreed as part of that scope.
Can you work alongside our agency or development team?
Yes. We can contribute a defined part of your production or scope the connected experience. Share your creative direction, technical specification and existing workflow. We agree who owns each task, how work is reviewed and what your team needs for integration.
How do you scope cost and timing?
The main drivers are experience complexity, content volume, character requirements, supported devices and integrations. Share a budget range and launch date early so we can discuss priorities. A focused prototype can help resolve uncertainty before a larger production estimate; there is no one-size-fits-all project price.
Do we need a platform or finished assets before we start?
No. Begin with the audience and the project’s purpose. We compare formats against access, setting and operating requirements. If you have CAD, models, scans or other content, we review file quality, usage rights and the work needed to make it suitable for the experience.
What happens after the build is delivered?
Before production, we agree how the experience will be hosted or operated, who can update it and what support is included. Deployment, device management, content updates and maintenance are separate responsibilities to define—not assumptions that disappear at handover.
LET’S DEFINE THE SCOPE
