Learning before hardware
Start with one procedure worth rehearsing. A focused module makes it possible to test the interaction, review the content with your subject specialists and establish what useful feedback looks like before expanding the programme.
A convincing environment is only useful when the learner understands what to do. We map the sequence, decision points and consequences with your subject specialists. Guided practice and assessment can follow different paths; neither needs to reproduce every detail of a workplace to teach a defined task.

Make the pilot answer a learning question.
A useful VR training pilot needs an evaluation plan as well as a playable build. Decide whether you want to review task completion, sequence errors, decision quality or confidence with the procedure. Those are different questions and may require different evidence. Agree who reviews the learning content, how participants will be introduced to the headset and how results will be interpreted. If you need learner records, define access, retention and reporting before implementation. We can then separate the simulation itself from the systems and operating responsibilities around it.

Can the module connect to our LMS?+
Reporting and LMS integration can be scoped once the required events, learner identifiers and technical interface are known. They are not assumed to be included in every simulation.
How do we start without committing to a full programme?+
Bring one learning objective and a representative procedure. We can scope a prototype around the highest-risk interaction before defining the wider module.
What determines the budget?+
Scenario length, branching, asset complexity, interaction fidelity, target devices and reporting requirements. Existing training material helps make the estimate more specific.
